Development of a small bank off of UTSA Boulevard by Six Caballeros Engineering. Located between the UTSA Boulevard intersections of Valero Way and UTex Boulevard, on a small four acre plot of undeveloped land, this development will look at the impacts and needs that adding a small bank would have. These impacts and needs include traffic and drainage impacts, what utilities would be needed, the structural requirements, the project permits and forms required, and local city codes to follow, as well as research into what green infrastructure could be added to lessen the impact of development to the surrounding area.
